Shipping is free on every order, every time — no minimum, no code. The price you see is the price you pay.
When your order ships
- Processing: most orders leave the warehouse within 1–3 business days. A small share can take up to a week longer — if yours does, we’ll email you rather than leave you guessing.
- Delivery: orders ship by FedEx from our US warehouse and typically arrive 3–5 days after dispatch.
- Tracking: you’ll get a tracking number by email shortly after your order ships. You can also check any time at our Track your order page.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. FedEx can’t deliver to PO boxes, so please use a street address.
Wrong address or need a change?
Email support@snoozlr.com as soon as possible. We can update the address any time before your order is dispatched; after dispatch, we’ll work with the carrier where possible.
If anything about your delivery isn’t right, email support@snoozlr.com with your order number and a photo of what arrived, and we’ll look into it and make it right.
