We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. All prices are in US dollars. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice; price changes never affect an order you have already placed. Any multi-pack discounts shown are applied automatically at checkout. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) without notice, and we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Section 5 — Products

Snoozlr pillows are comfort and sleep products. They are not medical devices, and nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a medical condition affecting your neck, spine, or sleep, talk to a healthcare professional before changing your sleep setup.

Our products are available exclusively online through this website and are subject to return according to our Refund Policy, including our 60-night sleep trial and the multi-pack partial-return terms described there. Products are sold for personal use only, not for resale.

We have made every effort to display our products' colors and images as accurately as possible; we cannot guarantee your screen's display of any color will be exact. We reserve the right to limit sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, to limit quantities, and to discontinue any product at any time.

Section 6 — Orders, billing and account information

An order is accepted when it ships. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before dispatch — for example due to a pricing error, a suspected fraudulent transaction, or an address we can't deliver to — and if we do, you receive a full refund. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers or resellers.

You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it ships — email support@snoozlr.com with your order number.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases, including an accurate shipping address and contact email, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. For more detail, see our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

Section 7 — Optional tools

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we have no control. You acknowledge that we provide such tools "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, and any use of them is at your own risk.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under our 60-night sleep trial and Refund Policy, or any rights you have under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snoozlr's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase or from use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question, and in no case shall Snoozlr or its officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors or suppliers be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits or loss of data. Because some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in such jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Section 14 — Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Snoozlr and its affiliates, officers, agents, contractors and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Section 15 — Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed, and the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.

Section 16 — Termination

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date survive termination of this agreement. These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate them at any time by ceasing to use our site; we may terminate this agreement and deny you access to the Service if, in our sole judgment, you fail to comply with any of its terms, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to the date of termination.

Section 17 — Entire agreement

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of it. These Terms of Service and the policies posted on this site constitute the entire agreement between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements. Any ambiguities in interpretation shall not be construed against the drafting party.
